Manage a multiline telephone system.

Greet families as they enter building and assist with checking them in while adhering to Covid-19 guidelines.

Update Accushield system.

Resident Business files – file all paperwork, maintain active vs. discharged file.

Maintain up to date medical records, scanning, attaching, filing, etc.

Assist with staff education and tracking.

Help with mailings – MDS, Admissions, Business office.

Miscellaneous tasks as directed by Administrator or Office Manager

Front office is to always be occupied during normal business hours: 9-5
