Job Summary:
Independent school with a commitment to growing a culturally proficient faculty seeks an Early Childhood Teacher to teach second grade, for the 2024-2025 school year. A Master's degree in early childhood or elementary education is required, along with a commitment to equity and inclusion.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and conduct engaging lessons that incorporate various subjects
- Create a safe and supportive learning environment
- Manage classroom behavior effectively using positive reinforcement techniques and appropriate discipline strategies
Requirements:
- One to five years classroom experience
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of young learners
