Our patients' great experience at our practice could begin with YOU! Elmwood Family Dentistry, West Fargo, North Dakota is seeking an individual with incredible people skills to join our front office team. This is a full-time position, Monday-Thursday, 8AM -5PM.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Greeting patients as they enter the office and verifying demographic information.

- Manage front office duties including answering phones, communicating with patients and insurance companies, checking office mail and email.

- Scheduling and confirming patient appointments for both doctors, using Eaglesoft Dental Software.

- File patient insurance claims and follow up on outstanding claims, verification of benefits and explanation of coverage.

- Reviewing treatment plan fees and payment options with patients.

- Post insurance and patient payments and process accounts receivable.

Qualifications:

- Excellent communication and organizational skills

- 1 years experience in a dental or medical office

- Experience with Eaglesoft Dental Software preferred

Compensation based on experience. Benefit package including PTO, 401(k), uniform allowance, dental care for all immediate family members, flex benefit plan, seven paid holidays and paid continuing education.
