Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the inn, including guest check-in/check-out, reservations, and housekeeping
• Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently
• Coordinate with other staff members to ensure a seamless guest experience
• Maintain a clean and organized environment throughout the inn
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional manner
• Assist with marketing and promotional activities to attract new guests

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the hospitality industry preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of reservation systems and basic computer skills
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
