Responsibilities:

• Accurately follow policies, procedures, and instructions for specific patients.
• Maintain the patient's personal hygiene and comfort.
• Monitor patients for changes in condition and response to treatment.
• Monitor and record data on nursing procedures and patient response.
• Communicate with doctors, nurses, patients, and families in a professional manner.
