```Responsibilities:```
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the community, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Manage and maintain the physical appearance and functionality of the property
- Coordinate and schedule maintenance and repairs with vendors and contractors
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Handle resident inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to property management activities
- Assist with leasing activities, including showing units, screening applicants, and preparing lease agreements
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement community events and programs
```Requirements:```
- Previous experience in customer relationship management or property management preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in data entry and record keeping
- Knowledge of facilities management principles and practices
- Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software is a plus
- Understanding of Section 8 housing regulations and procedures is desirable
- Experience in legal administrative tasks related to property management is an advantage
- Proficiency in OneSite or similar property management software is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team
