Elmhurst Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is Hiring a Baylor RN/LPN (Registered Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse) Near Providence, RI
Baylor RNs and LPNs needed for a Beautifully Renovated 206-bed Skilled Nursing Facility in Providence, RI!
All shifts available! (7:00am- 3:00pm, 3:00pm- 11:00pm, 11:00pm- 7:00am)
Baylor RN/LPN Position: work 32 hours Doubles Every Saturday & Sunday and get paid for 40 hours!
- Must work doubles every weekend
- Eligible to pick up additional shifts during the week as available as overtime

To join this team please have the following requirements:
- Active unemcumbered RN (Registered Nurse) or LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) license in the state of Rhode Island
- An ability to work with multiple residents at once
- Must be able to work every weekend Saturday and Sunday double shifts
- Prior RN or LPN experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred
- Demonstrate sound clinical judgement
- Provide respectful and compassionate care to all residents/families/caregivers
- Provide direction to clinical team members
- Maintain resident confidentiality
- Accurate documentation in accordance with the orders provided
- Provide patient care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plan of care as well as physicians plan of treatment
- An ability to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age-related needs of the residents served
- Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the public
- Primary series of the COVID Vaccine required (or new bivalent COVID Vaccine or medical exemption)
