We have an exciting part-time job opportunity at Sugar Creek Golf Course as GUEST SERVICES!
WHAT YOU’LL DO:As Guest Services, you will be responsible to provide front line customer service to golfers regarding reservations and general golf course information. Also provide confirmation of prepayment receipt and/or collection of necessary fees for golf and sales of food, beverage, and merchandises.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Booking daily reservations/tee times by phone or in person.
• Confirm/collect fees for greens fees, cart rentals, golf merchandise and food & beverage items.
• Coordinate tee times in a timely and orderly manner.
• Track players and pace of play as groups finish 9 holes, by recording the 9-hole playing time on starter sheet. Maintain updated reservations throughout the day on the point of sale, and communicate any updates with the starter’s reservation sheet.
• Keep Pro Shop, Front Counter, and common area clean.
• Restock front coolers for beverages - soft drinks and beer.

Upon hire, we will coordinate and reimburse your training for Food Handling & BASSET Certifications once completed.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

• Must be 18 years of age to work with equipment and drive riding golf carts and 21 years of age to sell alcoholic beverages
• Good customer service and multi-tasking skills.

WHEN YOU’LL WORK:
12-18 hours per week, schedule varies.
