Key Responsibilities:
- Process incoming invoices and bills, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts payable and receivable records.
- Reconcile discrepancies and resolve any billing or payment issues with vendors and clients.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure billing and payment processes are efficient and accurate.
- Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy.
- Prepare and send invoices as needed.
- Handle account reconciliations and assist in month-end closing procedures.
- Prepare reports and analysis related to accounts payable and receivable.
- Previous experience in accounts payable and receivable roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant financial software.
- Experience with bill pay software is a major plus.
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative to resolve issues.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- $50,000 – $55,000 (base)
