ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Azure & M365 Ecosystem Management
  • Oversee and improve the company's Azure cloud services, such as Entra Identity Management, Datacenter hosting, Autopilot deployments, Update Manager, and Endpoint Manager, ensuring security, reliability, and scalability of the cloud infrastructure and services.
  • Provide technical support and assistance to end users and other IT staff on Azure-related issues and requests, escalating to vendors or management as needed.
  • Manage and provide technical knowledge on all M365 services and applications.
• Maintaining On Premise and other Cloud Systems
  • Maintain patching and update schedules for all systems including end user devices and any core infrastructure at the corporate office and communities.
  • This includes desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Industry Awareness
  • Stay updated on the latest developments and trends in technologies and services as they relate to our business and recommend and implement improvements and enhancements to the existing infrastructure and processes.
• Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery
  • Implement and maintain backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions for both on-premises and cloud environments, using best practices and industry standards.
  • Oversee monitoring of all systems, both corporate and community level, to ensure the best availability to employees and residents.
• End User Support
  • Serve as a service desk resource and subject matter expert to troubleshoot and resolve issues and requests from all Elme employees.
• Application Infrastructure
  • Work closely with the Elme IT Applications team to support and maintain any environment or systems that our applications rely on.
• Additional responsibilities:
  • Occasionally performing non-technical functions such as data entry, shipping and receiving equipment, and organizing and maintaining storage facilities, etc.
  • Lead trainings and develop education material/content for employees, as well as technical documentation and policies.
  • Serves as a liaison between company employees, contractors, vendors, and IT
  • Other duties as assigned by management; accountable for delivery/results.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 3 years of related work experience in designing and administering secure networks, systems and application architectures.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
• Experience managing Azure ecosystem (Entra ID, Intune, Cloud hosting, Update Manager, Autopilot, etc.).
• Administration experience with Identity Management systems (SSO, MFA, SCIM provisioning, etc.).
• Expertise in general Windows PC/Server OS troubleshooting.
• Administration of Mobile Device Management systems.
• Experience managing hosted VoIP solutions.
• Experience with maintaining cyber security in computer environments.
• Experience with SharePoint Online administration is a plus.
• Experience with Jira Cloud administration is a plus.
• Audio/video & conferencing systems experience is a plus.
