Responsibilities of Clinical Liaison / Marketer:

• Act as liaison between facility & community agencies to generate referrals.
• Work with the admissions department to meet long and short-term census goals.
• Develop and implement a community marketing strategy.
• Host community outreach activities such as health fairs, wellness checks, and caregiver support groups.
• Oversee all social media outlets and update them regularly.
• Create, manage, and monitor new business development plans.
• Create relationships with local assisted living, independent living, nursing homes and community programs.
• Develop relationships with area hospitals and Physician offices.
• Conduct presentations and luncheons for healthcare professionals, senior centers, and physician offices.
• Host community outreach activities such as health fairs, wellness checks, and caregiver support groups.

Qualifications for Clinical Liaison / Marketer:

• 2 years of nursing home liaison experience required
• Marketing experience
• Clinical knowledge and ability to read a PRI.
• Excellent oral and communication skills.
• Connections with local hospitals 
• Excellent sales, marketing, communication, time management, and organizational skills.
