Ellumen is Hiring a Scrum Master- CBP Near Silver Spring, MD
- In depth knowledge of the scrum framework, roles, rituals, and processes and ability to communicate these to stakeholders and adhere to Scrum framework.
- Coaching/guidance skills to mentor new team members on Agile/Scrum.
- Communication and facilitation skills; responsible for running the Scrum ceremonies and daily scrum calls.
- Conflict resolution skills
- Manage/groom the product backlog.
- Conduct Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective
- Work closely with product owners to ensure their priorities are being implemented in upcoming sprints.
- Establish product planning in a complex environment with many dependencies and stakeholders.
- Provide training/guidance on scrum adoption/refinement as necessary.
- Remove blockers for the team.
- Support release planning as needed.
- Must have excellent communication skills, problem solving skills, and organizational skills.
- A minimum of five (5) years’ experience of management consulting experience in a federal space is required.
- Three (3) - five (5) years’ experience in a Scrum Master capacity is required.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Clearance required.
- Must be a US citizen.
