We seek a Computer Systems Analyst to serve on the DML-ES/LogiCole Program.
The Computer Systems Analyst will help develop solutions to implement and sustain DML-ES as an Integrated Enterprise Medical Materiel Solution. The solution requires support for expanding DML-ES as a comprehensive supply chain management, medical/surgical supplies and pharmaceuticals, inventory management, procurement support, equipment accountability, biomedical engineering, facilities management system, and the integration of interfaces to ordering and business intelligence applications and electronic health record implementation.
The Computer System Analyst will serve as a Scrum Master and meet regularly with customer stakeholders to identify and agree upon business needs for the project; clearly communicate those business needs to Scrum Development Team; and work collaboratively with customer stakeholders and the Development Team to develop user-level functional requirements (story boards) from higher-level business demands into user stories (functional requirements) – all of which help facilitate the delivery of deployable software in short Sprints. The qualified candidate must be able to work independently with little supervision and solve complex problems.
The successful candidate must demonstrate exceptional oral and written communication skills, educate project/team leaders within and outside of the job function at project/program regarding solution design, process, and/or approaches.
Responsibilities:

• Clearly communicate business needs to a development team through user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate meetings with the Scrum Team to establish Release/Sprint backlogs, resolve impediments, and provide direction on scope of work to be accomplished.
• Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, as well as the product development team during the development cycle to ensure the customer needs are being met.
• Review and evaluate work done by development team to ensure proper scope has been met.
• Lead demonstrations to stakeholders and report on the results of each software iteration.

Required:

• BA/BS or equivalent experience and minimum 4 years of related work experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of Scrum Master experience
• Scrum Master certification
• exceptional oral and written communication skills

Desired Skills:

• 4 years minimum experience with equipment management Module or Finance (Systems Services Module)
• Experience with data conversions
• Extensive DMLSS Experience
