Ellsworth County Medical Center is looking for afull-time Lab Assistant to join our growingteam! The role of the Laboratory Assistant position is to provide exceptional customer service. This position assists with operational duties of department; performing laboratory services, phlebotomy, and supporting the department commiserate with level of training. The ideal candidate thrives in apatient-focused, team-based environment, and actively commits to our mission ofImproving Lives. Additionally,candidates should have excellent customer service skills and the ability toeffectively communicate with patients and team members.

Schedule: Day Shift | Monday-Friday | 36 hours/week

Qualifications:

• Phlebotomy experience required. 
• PBT (ASCP) certification preferred. 
• CPR certification preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, independent judgement, and decision making skills
• Excellent interpersonal and technical skills
