Overview: We are seeking a skilled Installation Technician to join our team. As an Installation Technician, you will be responsible for performing various installation tasks in accordance with company guidelines and safety standards. This is a hands-on role that requires proficiency in construction, masonry, tile laying, trim carpentry, and electrical work. Duties: - Perform installation of various products and systems, including cabinets, countertops, flooring, and fixtures - Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine installation requirements - Measure and cut materials to fit specific dimensions - Install and secure materials using appropriate tools and techniques - Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects - Conduct quality inspections to ensure installations meet company standards - Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or problems that arise during installations - Maintain a clean and organized work area Skills: - Strong knowledge of construction techniques and materials - Proficiency in masonry, tile laying, trim carpentry, and electrical work - Experience with hand tools and power tools - Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings - Familiarity with CNC machines for fabrication is a plus - Knowledge of drywall installation is preferred - Excellent problem-solving skills - Strong attention to detail and accuracy This is a full-time position with competitive pay based on experience.
