Provides documentation, material coordination, and support to customer and sales staff during project. Support the overall Branch sales strategy through efficient and timely responses to internal and external customers. Establishes and maintains superior customer and vendor relationships to ensure customer satisfaction. Responsible for ensuring products are billed accurately. Address and correct complications as they are reported, including but not limited to damages, returns, shortages, etc. to maximize customer satisfaction. Contacts and negotiates with vendors for special terms and pricing for supplies and materials regarding quoted projects. Perform appropriate expediting functions to ensure material is shipped by vendor and received by customer in the agreed-upon time frame. Communicates scheduling and shipping date changes with customer and sales staff. Creates and maintain project documentation: • Ship Schedules • Billing Recap • O&M Manuals. Develops and maintains effective working relationships with various vendor representatives.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Base knowledge of lighting industry (vendors, suppliers, agents, and how to source) Computer skills (Microsoft Office, Bluebeam). Good written and verbal communication
