Job Description :

Business Analyst has the primary responsibility to elicit, analyze, validate, specify, verify and manage the business requirements needs of the project. He/she will also participate in the testing, implementation and support phases of the project.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Analyze business models and projects to determine loopholes and areas that need development and upgrade
• Collaborate with various teams and maintain proper communication.
• Analyses the vision and scope of new projects, services and software.
• Stay up to date with the latest industry standards and trends and implement these changes into new projects and services.
• Make presentations and arrange meetings to discuss data driven changes and improvements.
• Collect customer feedback and concerns through surveys, questionnaires or workshops.
• Optimize budget for various requirements and ensure cost efficiency
• Effectively communicate the needs and concerns of the users to the stakeholders.
• Work on making dashboards using Tableau

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and prioritize work.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skill.
