Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring an enjoyable dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Present menus and provide detailed information about the dishes and beverages
- Take accurate food and drink orders from guests
- Relay orders to the kitchen staff and ensure timely delivery of meals
- Serve food and beverages to guests with precision and attention to detail
- Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any concerns or issues
- Process payments using cash handling techniques and cash register systems
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely service
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, including tables, chairs, and utensils

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required
- Strong cash handling skills and familiarity with cash register systems
- Excellent hospitality skills with a focus on providing exceptional guest service
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and culinary terminology is a plus
- Familiarity with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is an advantage
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and remain calm under pressure
- Knowledge of Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is desirable
