```Duties```
- Assist in various departments to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company's operations and procedures
- Learn and apply management principles and techniques under the guidance of experienced managers
- Participate in training programs to develop leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Collaborate with team members to complete assigned projects and tasks
- Gain hands-on experience in areas such as sales, inventory control, data entry, and administrative duties
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers and addressing their inquiries or concerns
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of daily activities

```Requirements```
- Strong ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes
- Demonstrated administrative skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
- Previous experience in customer service or sales roles are preferred
- Knowledge of inventory control principles is a plus
- Interest in sales or previous experience in outside sales is beneficial

- Experience in retail sales including achieving sales goals
