- Style brides and their wedding parties in the best wedding day looks!
- Offer expert fashion knowledge in bridal, bridesmaids, mothers, suit / tuxedo rentals, accessories, and more!
- Assist customers quickly and efficiently in-store, over the phone, via email, etc.
- Build lasting relationships with new customers while managing existing bridal parties
- Perform accurate customer measurements
- Perform sales transactions, make appointments, record notes and more in our Point-of-Sale System
- Merchandise and organize the sales floor on a daily basis
- Represent Ella Park Bridal Studio at various events and bridal shows
- Remain consistent with adhering to company policy while keeping customer satisfaction in mind!
Requirements
- Must love working with people
- Professional, fashion-forward appearance
- Appetite to learn about the bridal industry, our merchandise and trends
- Demonstrate collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
- Able to stand and move product about for extended periods of time
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends!
