PART TIME DENTAL HYGIENIST

DEPARTMENT : Health Department - Healthy Beginnings

HIRING RANGE : $32.25-$35.83 / hour based on education and position related experience

BENEFITS OFFERED : No benefits offered

HOURS & DAYS OF WORK : 2-3 days a week

LOCATION OF POSITION : Elkhart Clinic Site

JOB SUMMARY :

Provide preventative dental services to children (12 mos. - 16 years) in a public health setting. Includes exams, dental prophylaxis, fluoride treatments, sealants, and oral hygiene instruction.

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

• Must be Registered Dental Hygienist with current license in Indiana
• BILINGUAL SKILLS (ENGLISH / SPANISH) ARE CRITICALLY IMPORTANT
• Must be well organized and a self- starter
• Pre-employment background check and TB test
