PART TIME INTAKE SPECIALIST- DENTAL

DEPARTMENT: Health Department – Healthy Beginnings

HIRING RANGE: $18.25-$20.28/hour based on education and position related experience

POSITION TO BE FILLED: ASAP

HOURS & DAYS OF WORK: 28 hours/week

LOCATION OF POSITION: Elkhart

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: Within County (please complete driving page on application)

JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for answering telephone and greeting office visitors; providing excellent customer service; scheduling appointments; providing clients and public with assistance; performing receptionist duties as needed.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills critically important
• High School Diploma or GED with one to two years office experience
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and communicate effectively with the public
• Pre-employment background check and TB test
