Job Description The Workday Developer, reporting to the Director of IT Business Systems, will play a key role in the design, development, and maintenance of our Workday platform to support our HR and finance functions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, configure Workday modules, develop integrations, and provide ongoing support and enhancements. Key Accountabilities Helps identify, recommend, and implement quality improvement opportunities. Collaborate with HR, finance, and IT teams to gather requirements and design solutions in Workday. Configure Workday modules such as HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence Management, and Benefits. Develop and maintain Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIBs, and other integration tools. Customize Workday reports and dashboards to meet business needs. Participate in system testing, deployment, and support activities. Stay up-to-date on Workday releases and new features to recommend best practices and optimizations. Provide technical expertise and guidance to stakeholders and end-users Qualifications/Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field 3 years’ experience as a Workday Developer, with hands-on experience in Workday HCM, Payroll, or Financials Experience developing Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIBs, and REST/SOAP APIs Proven experience in being able to partner with the Human Resources team to drive solutions to meet business needs.
