Looking for Caring and Compassionate Home Health Aide or Nursing Assistnats to help upload our core values : Integrity; Respect;

Compassion; Teamwork and Excellence! This HHA / CNA position is responsible for providing health-related services designed to maintain the client’s physical and emotional well-being for those clients living in our community.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• High School education.
• Experience in working with older adults.
• Memory Care experirence preferred

SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES :

This position requires the incumbent to :

• Possess a sensitivity and passion for working with the elderly.
• Prioritize and organize work effectively and efficiently.
• Possess the ability to read, write and comprehend simple instructions, correspondence and documentation, including medical terminology, in English.
• Be punctual with a good attendance record, must demonstrate good interpersonal skills.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND TASKS :

• Medication Administration
• Provide personal and direct care to clients
• Documenting and reporting
• Complete essential paperwork
• Knowledge and compliance with state regulations
• Activity Programming
• Participate and function effectively as a team member
• Other duties as assigned

Moderate Work Lifting 50 lbs. maximum with frequent lifting and / or carrying of objects weighing up to 10 lbs.
