Overview: Elk Point Construction is a small business in Located In Colorado. We are an employee ran business but operate like a family.

We are looking to add 10 individuals who fit our family dynamics and business goals. We are seeking a proactive motivated salesperson to develop new business and business relationships.

Here at Elk Point Construction, We do not only do storm damage related jobs. We work with homeowners and building owners who want to add on or update their properties. We can do everything under the sun on residential and commercial properties. Elk Point Construction is tripling year to year. We are expected to grow over 50 million in projects this year.

To handle the additional jobs our company anticipates, we need 10 driven, energetic, independent individuals to join our team and assist homeowners with their insurance claims, estimates, and storm damage inspections.

No experience? No problem. Elk Point Construction delivers the best storm restoration training program in the nation, developing fully capable, proficient representatives within 5 days.

Individuals we hire receive training on the basic construction, insurance, and storm damage knowledge they need in order to represent and assist through their projects, so prior experience is not necessary.

*NOTE* This is NOT a remote position, nor is this a base position.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Prospecting for new customers, developing new business, targeting key prospects and retaining business.
• Cold call, lead management, make sales appointments and follow up.
• Close booked appointments/leads
• Present and discuss the products and services of the company in a way that conveys an image of quality, integrity and superior understanding and fulfillment of customer needs.
• Understand and comply with the sales system/program in place.
• Develop annual sales strategy in conjunction with management and identify joint marketing opportunities where applicable.
• Communicate effectively with management, and the marketing and production teams, informing and updating them regularly to guarantee that sales and customer objectives are met.
• Participate as a key team player by supporting operations as needed.
• Set ladders and take down ladders
• Call customers insurance companies to help file a claim

Qualifications/Experience:

• Ability and Willingness to sell, meet new people, and close deals
• Experience in sales, minimum 1 year.
• Strong communication and math skills.
• Strong sales aptitude.
• Ability to identify and meet customers’ needs and requirements.
• Must have initiative and be able to problem solve.
• Must possess a valid state motor vehicle operator’s license and insurance.
• Must be in COLORADO.

• Sales Training in office and in field
• High Paying Commission; Commissions paid on all completed Jobs with the company (Range from $1,000- 5,000 per job)

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
