Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and preparing a variety of coffee and tea beverages. If you have a passion for coffee, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent customer service skills, we would love to hear from you. Responsibilities: - Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to company recipes and standards - Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and answering questions about menu items - Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area - Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines when handling food and beverages - Assist with stocking inventory and restocking supplies as needed - Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations during peak hours - Upsell additional products or menu items to customers Skills: - Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and different coffee blends - Proficient in operating coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner - Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures - Experience using Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus - Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively Join our team of passionate individuals who take pride in delivering exceptional coffee experiences to our customers.
