Job Overview:
Elizabeth Cole Bridal is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bridal Consultant to join the team. As a Bridal Consultant, you will play a crucial role in assisting brides-to-be in finding their dream wedding gown and providing exceptional customer service throughout the entire bridal shopping experience.

Responsibilities:
- Assist brides-to-be in selecting their wedding gowns, accessories, and other bridal attire
- Provide personalized styling advice and recommendations based on the bride's preferences and body type
- Maintain knowledge of current bridal trends, designers, and inventory
- Handle sales transactions accurately using the POS system and cash register
- Answer phone inquiries and schedule appointments with clients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bridal salon

-Prepping/steaming wedding dresses for the shop floor or for brides
- Social Media maintenance and creation: Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest

Requirements:

- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building relationships
- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in bridal or fashion industry preferred
- Strong knowledge of bridal fashion trends, designers, and styles
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in cash handling and operating a POS system
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Weekend/Holiday availability

This is a part time bridal stylist job for Saturday and Sunday one weekday to be determined. The ideal candidate will grow with the shop and more hours/roles will become available down the road. Customer service is the most important part of this role- you must be a people person and able to maintain the reputation and service Columbia brides expect from Elizabeth Cole Bridal.
