EliteTechnical is Hiring a Payroll Analyst Near Hoboken, NJ

This job offer is not available in your country.

Our client, the worldwide leading provider of both cloud and on-premises enterprise software solutions, has an immediate 6-month contract opening for a Payroll Analyst with knowledge of the ADP payroll system.

The person MUST be local to Hoboken, NJ, to work onsite at least 2 days per week, typically Tuesday & Wednesday.

Responsibilities :

  • Process Semi-Monthly payroll for US and Canadian employees.
  • Reviewing and verifying payroll data in a timely manner.
  • Preparing manual checks as necessary.
  • Initiating 401K wires with vendor interface.
  • Weekly reporting to third-party benefits administrator.
  • Acting as liaison with ADP Customer Service.
  • Promptly responding to inquiries from employees / outside agencies.
  • Assist in implementing process improvements within the department / SOXA compliance.
  • Special projects as required and other duties as assigned by the manager.
  • Back-up to Payroll Manager.

Required Skills

  • 3 years of payroll experience
  • Knowledge of ADP eTime or ADP Vantage timekeeping systems.
  • Knowledge of Canadian payroll.
  • Solid understanding of multi-state payroll tax laws.
  • Interact professionally with all employees.
  • Strong customer service focus.
  • Experienced working with highly confidential information.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent organizational, attention to detail, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Ability to manage priorities.
  • Team player.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Certified Payroll Professional a plus

Knowledge of ADP Vantage is a plus.
