Community Liaison
Duties:
- Serve as a liaison between the organization and the community, representing the organization's mission and values.
- Develop and maintain relationships with community organizations, and key individuals.
- Collect and analyze data to assess needs and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies and initiatives that address needs.
Skills:
- Ability to educate and engage diverse populations on health-related topics.
- Proficient in data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Knowledge of social work principles and practices.
- Excellent administrative skills, including organization, time management, and attention to detail.
- Strong public speaking skills with the ability to communicate effectively to both small and large groups.
