Overview:

We are seeking a Luxury Vehicle Rental Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the rental operations, ensuring smooth processes and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

- Manage rental inventory, including tracking, maintenance, replenishment and vehicle detailing

- Coordinate electronic rental agreements with clients

- Conduct negotiations with customers on rental terms and pricing

- Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the rental process

- Maintain accurate records of rental transactions and customer information

- Handle inquiries and resolve issues related to rentals in a timely manner

- Utilize organizational skills to streamline rental procedures

- Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members

- Detailing the interior and exterior of vehicles

- Delivering rental vehicles to Bozeman International Airport and offsite locations

Requirements:

- Proven experience in vehicle rental management

- Must have good driving record and be eligible as a driver on Company insurance

- Strong organizational and administrative skills

- Ability to negotiate effectively and communicate clearly

- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel for record keeping

- Knowledge of inventory control practices

- Ability to become proficient operating vehicle rental software

- Excellent phone etiquette for client interactions

- A cover letter and resume is required for this position.
