Recruiter

Responsibilities:

• Utilize expert judgment and industry knowledge to skillfully match applicants with our customers' open positions.

• Facilitate a fit between candidates and clients, considering factors such as job responsibilities, company culture, and career objectives.

• Employ creative and innovative recruitment strategies to proactively engage potential candidates.

• Utilize high-volume outbound communication methods such as phone calls and messaging to identify and attract qualified individuals for job orders.

• Effectively communicating the organization's merits and unique opportunities to potential candidates.

• Conduct initial interview rounds with candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.

• Provide timely feedback to candidates following initial interviews, guiding them through the next steps in the recruitment process.

• Seamlessly coordinate follow-up interviews between candidates and hiring teams, scheduling appointments, and arranging logistics.

• Stay on top of current labor laws, regulations, and government hiring practices relevant to our industry and geographic locations.

• Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to streamline and automate various stages of the hiring process, from candidate sourcing to onboarding.

• Implement and optimize ATS functionalities to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance throughout the recruitment journey.

Attend industry-related events such as job fairs, workshops, and conferences to actively network and source potential employees.

Requirements:

• ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) experience.

• 2-4 years previous recruiting experience in the Light Industrial or Temporary fields.

An ASA certification would be a plus

45,000.00-75,000.00 DOE with ASA certification

830am-5pm
