Overview:
3rd Shift needed and start immediately
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Packager to join our team. As a Packager, you will be responsible for assembling and packaging products in accordance with company standards. This is a full-time position located in our warehouse facility. Standing, stooping, bending, handling material regularly required
3rd shift - 10:00 pm - 6:30am
Pay rate - $18.05 per hour / $27.08 per OT hour / $36.10 per double time hour
After 40 hours paid at overtime rate and every Sunday will be paid at the double time rate
Duties:
- Start Assembly and production machinery at beginning of shift
- Address problems with production equipment and machinery
- Assemble product parts by hand according to Bill of Materials
- Observe and remove fault product parts from assembly line
- Pack up completed products and prepare them for shipment
- Unload, organize, and stock returned parts
- Ensure that all production deadlines are met
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production flow
Experience:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred
Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills to collaborate with team members
