We are seeking an enthusiastic and certified Swim Instructor to join our team. As a Swim Instructor at Elite Sports Clubs, you will have the opportunity to teach swim lessons in a supportive and dynamic environment, helping individuals of all ages and abilities develop their swimming skills and water confidence.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct swim lessons for individuals and small groups, following established curriculum and lesson plans.
• Provide hands-on instruction and guidance to participants, focusing on stroke technique, water safety, and skill development.
• Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs and abilities of each swimmer, ensuring a positive and effective learning experience.
• Monitor and evaluate swimmers' progress, providing feedback and encouragement to support their growth and improvement.
• Maintain a safe and organized swim environment, enforcing pool rules and safety protocols at all times.
• Communicate effectively with participants and parents, addressing questions, concerns, and feedback in a professional manner.

Qualifications:

• Certified Swim Instructor from a recognized organization (e.g., American Red Cross, YMCA).
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Previous experience teaching swim lessons preferred, but not required.
• Strong swimming skills and knowledge of swim strokes and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Enthusiasm for working with individuals of all ages and abilities.
