We are currently seeking a Hospitality Management Intern to join our team and gain valuable hands-on experience in the operations of our club.

Internship Overview: As a Hospitality Management Intern, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the day-to-day operations of our club, with a focus on managing the Poolside Grill. Under the guidance of our experienced team, you will learn about various aspects of hospitality management, including customer service, food and beverage operations, event planning, and team leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the daily operations of the Poolside Grill, including food preparation, inventory management, and customer service.
• Work closely with the Grill Manager to ensure smooth operation and exceptional guest experiences.
• Collaborate with the events team to plan and execute special events and promotions at the Poolside Grill.
• Provide leadership and guidance to grill staff, ensuring adherence to quality standards and procedures.
• Assist with administrative tasks, such as scheduling, ordering supplies, and maintaining records.
• Act as a liaison between guests and management, addressing any concerns or feedback promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a hospitality management, culinary arts, or related program at an accredited college or university.
• Passion for the hospitality industry and a desire to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently with minimal supervision.
• Flexible schedule, with availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Food safety certification (ServSafe or equivalent) is a plus but not required.
