Are you a skilled general contractor with a passion for maintaining top-notch facilities? We're looking for a proactive and experienced individual to join our team as a Full-Time General Contractor. In this role, you'll oversee all aspects of facility maintenance and repairs across multiple Elite Sports Clubs locations, ensuring that our facilities remain safe, functional, and inviting for our members.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of facility maintenance and repairs across multiple Elite Sports Clubs locations.
• Coordinate with department heads and facility managers to identify maintenance needs and prioritize tasks.
• Conduct routine inspections to assess the condition of facilities and identify areas for improvement.
• Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians and contractors to ensure work is completed efficiently and to high standards.
• Procure materials, equipment, and services needed for maintenance projects while adhering to budgetary constraints.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards in all maintenance activities.
• Manage capital projects aimed at enhancing facilities across all Elite Sports Clubs locations.
• Fulfill work orders and implement preventative maintenance projects to improve the overall health clubs' infrastructure.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in facility maintenance or general contracting roles, preferably in a multi-site environment.
• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and coordinate teams effectively.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
