Elite Sports Clubs is Hiring a Facilities Maintenance Technician Near Mequon, WI

We are looking for a qualified Facilities Maintenance Technician, to oversee and perform advanced maintenance and repair tasks on our facilities. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for maintaining our facilities to the highest standards, ensuring the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of our members and staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform advanced maintenance and repair tasks on building systems and equipment, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
  • Lead and supervise maintenance team members in executing maintenance and repair activities, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Conduct detailed inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards, and develop plans to address them effectively.
  • Coordinate and oversee specialized repairs and maintenance projects, including renovations and upgrades, in collaboration with external contractors and vendors.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure the longevity and reliability of building systems and equipment.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and documentation requirements.
  • Uphold safety protocols and regulations in all maintenance activities, prioritizing the well-being of our members and staff.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Facilities Maintenance Technician or similar role, with demonstrated expertise in advanced maintenance and repair tasks.
  • Strong knowledge and expertise in building systems and equipment, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
  • Proven leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Relevant certifications or licenses in building maintenance or related fields (e.g., HVAC certification, electrical license) preferred.
