We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Building Maintenance Technician to join our maintenance team. As an Experienced Building Maintenance Technician at Elite Sports Clubs, you will play a critical role in maintaining our facilities to the highest standards, ensuring the safety and comfort of our members and staff.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine, preventive, and work order driven maintenance tasks on building systems and equipment, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies, utilizing your expertise to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
• Perform detailed inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards, and implement appropriate solutions.
• Coordinate and oversee specialized repairs and maintenance tasks conducted by external contractors and vendors.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and documentation requirements.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior maintenance team members, sharing your knowledge and expertise.
• Uphold safety protocols and regulations in all maintenance activities, prioritizing the well-being of our members and staff.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Building Maintenance Technician or similar role.
• Extensive knowledge and expertise in building systems and equipment, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex maintenance issues effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Relevant certifications or licenses in building maintenance or related fields (e.g., HVAC certification, electrical license) preferred.
