Elite Solar is looking for SALES MANAGER / Recruiter to join our Solar Sales Teams!

Requirements:

• Must have previous experience in a leadership role
• Recruit, train and coach new sales consultant
• Previous door to door experience is Required
• Experience with working in the solar industry
• Experience leading a team of sales representatives
• Manage the sales appointment calendar and assignment of appointments to available representatives

Skills * Strong experience in sales support and or a sales oriented environment

• Knowledge of performance evaluation, customer service metrics and reporting procedures
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Strong critical thinking and strategic problem solving skills
• Comfortability working in a startup environment and ability to multitask and be adaptable
• Bilingual a strong plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $184,000.00 - $268,000.00 per year
