Elite Security and Staffing Company is a well-established national, premier security company looking for an experienced Flex Officer to join our team working at the Music City Center and local entertainment venues, hotels & museums in the Nashville, Tennessee area.

This position requires flexibility and open availability for scheduling purposes, you will need to go anywhere security services, customer service, and cashiering, including working on the evenings, graveyards, and weekends.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• SECURITY - Provide physical security to multiple locations via standing post & foot patrol.
• CUSTOMER SERVICE - Interact effectively with the public.
• OBSERVE & REPORT – To ensure the safety & security of client's property & guests. Including documentation & communications.
• CASHIER - Process parking transactions accurately, calculate & collect fees & close transaction effectively.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND CHARACTERISTICS:

• Demonstrate independent thinking, quick learning, & timely decisions.
• Must have current Tennessee Guard License with training or Dallas Law.
• Must have cashier and cash handling experience.
• Must have 2-3 years of security guard experience.
• Position requires long periods on standing and walking.
• Maintain clean, safe, and orderly environment at all times.
• Must have good transportation to job sites.
• Hourly rate of pay is $22.00 hr. with opportunity for benefits.
