You’ll manage all administrative aspects of the transaction from contract to close, including providing assistance with escrow-related documentation, scheduling inspections and repairs, and facilitating the entire transaction along with all communication necessary. • Ensure inspections are scheduled and assist with negotiating and completing any necessary repairs
• Oversee all administrative tasks regarding home buyer and seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to close
• Arrange for and attend events regarding the closing process, including moving schedules
• Support sales agents, clients, and other parties with escrow-related paperwork, such as appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans
• Input client information into the client database system, track transaction activities, and submit each necessary document to the office broker for file compliance

• Motivated to serve people and provide excellent customer service
• High school or equivalent required, some college experience preferred
• Applicants must possess exceptional organizational and verbal and written skills
• Real estate license preferred
• Previous experience in transaction management, transaction coordination, real estate, titles, or mortgages highly valued
