Sales Representative

Position Overview:

At Elite Property Masters, we specialize in exterior window cleaning services. As a dedicated and customer-centric company, we prioritize cultivating exceptional experiences for both our staff and clientele. As an Exterior Window Cleaning Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling our top-tier window cleaning services to residential clients within our carefully selected target markets. Armed with top-level training and guidance from seasoned professionals, you will have the rare opportunity to engage potential customers at their doorstep, building strong and lasting relationships while showcasing the unparalleled value our services bring to their properties. Essential Job Functions:·Prospect for new business opportunities within assigned territory using our sales methods. Follow up on leads from previous year. Meet or exceed assigned sales goals by the company. Maintain current relationships with current customers by answering questions about our services; providing technical support; and recommending new services, perform other duties as assigned.

Competencies: Ability to build relationships with customers by providing exceptional customer service. Ability to follow all company policies and procedures. Ability to use company CRM to record/track leads/traffic/opportunities/failures and other important business data.· Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Good communication skills (written and oral).

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary

Pay: $6,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
