Elite Professionals Home Care is looking to add RNs to our team. This position is completed primarily from your home. The Triage RN will accept calls from patients and staff during the after hours of business. If a patient requires an urgent PRN visit, you will be expected to complete the visit. Patients are in the Omaha area.

Hours: 5pm-8am (some flexibility here)

Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday

NO WEEKENDS/ NO HOLIDAYS

MUST HAVE THE FLEXIBILITY TO SEE PATIENTS/TAKE CALLS BETWEEN THE 5P-8AM TIME FRAMES. Overnight short visits are RARE but a possibility.

$140 flat rate to be On Call for the 4 evenings. (Not per DAY, per 4 DAYS total)

$40/hour for any PRN visits completed.

Orientation: Monday/Wednesday 9a-4p is required. Additional days for Orientation in the filed are also required. This can be done on weekends or during week days, and is flexible. After orientation, all hours will be completed during the positions evening time frame.
