We are seeking a dedicated Nurse to join our healthcare team.
**Responsibilities:**
Primary Responsibility would be to assist the providers while in the nursing homes.
Preperation of Providers Charts and other duties explain in interview.
This Job does require that you goto multiple nursing homes in the area of springfield and the surrounding.
Schedule (M-F) and some work can be done at home
If provider determines they will need to utilize telemedicine, this would be a responsibility if you are with that provider that day.
Other Duties.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, reporting changes to medical staff
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and records -
-Educate patients and their families on health conditions and treatment plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
**Qualifications:**
- Valid nursing license in the state of practice. Proficiency in medical terminology, anatomy, and healthcare systems
-Knowlege of Nursing homes and or / Geriatric Population
Prefferred but not required (Experience in Geriatrics (Medical and or Psych, or both)
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with the commitment to providing compassionate and quality patient care.

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
