Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome patient as soon as they arrive at the office
- Book patient appointments
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Help with basic computer charting
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
pplies and keep inventory of stock
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., fax machines and printers)
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience in clerical tasks such as filing, transcribing, or typing
- Familiarity with medical office or real estate administrative tasks
- Knowledge of phone systems or serving as a personal assistant
