Responsibilities:

1. Patient Case Supervisor

2. Patient Treatment /Therapy Assistant

3. Marketing and New Patient Management

Qualifications:

Patient Case Supervision:

- Personally supervise specific patients from the beginning to the end of their care…ensuring both exceptional results and a superior patient experience.

- Tracking and reporting patient progress accurately.

- Assisting the doctor(s) during patient care.

Patient Treatment Therapist:

- Administering patient treatments with precision and care.

- Aiding in appointment scheduling.

- Maintaining strict adherence to HIPAA compliance standards.

- Completing necessary administrative tasks with attention to detail.

- Directing the flow of patients for optimal clinic efficiency.

Marketing to New Patient Experience Manager:

- Assist Dr. Smith and office manager with calendaring internal and external marketing and tracking results.

- Oversee (our already built system) accounting for each step a new patient takes…from their initial contact to their first appointment, to their follow up appointment etc.

Ideal but Not Mandatory Qualifications:

- Marketing and Sales Experience

- Speak Spanish in addition to English

- A background in the health and/or medical field is preferred.

- Familiar with Canva, Google sheets, Microsoft office, and be generally computer proficient.

- Be open to continuous learning and training on new systems and processes.
