Duties Include :

• Receive and release information in accordance with established policies and procedures ; Give directions and information to visitor s and others;
• Assist with administrative duties as directed; Greet visitors ; Follow all safety procedures and precautions ; Ensure administrative supplies have been replenished;
• Maintain neat, clean, and safe work area ; Present professional image through dress, behavior, and speech ; Adhere to company standards for resolving consumer concerns and complaints;

Display courteous behavior toward consumer and coworkers.
