Responsibilities:
- Respond to emergency calls promptly and provide efficient and immediate care to the critically ill or injured
- Assess the nature of patients' conditions and determine the appropriate course of action
- Administer first aid treatment or life support care to sick or injured persons
- Transport patients safely to medical facilities
- Document all aspects of patient care accurately
Requirements:
- Valid New Mexico EMT-Basic certification
- Proficient in anatomy knowledge and medical terminology
- Ability to manage airways and perform patient assessments
- Skilled in vital signs monitoring and venipuncture
- Experience in DME handling and administering injections
- Strong drive for patient care excellence
