Your Job
- Devise and execute direct marketing campaigns with precision for our diverse range of events—from impactful community initiatives to prestigious corporate functions.
- Make sure marketing events run smoothly and customers are happy.
- Be the face of our clients' brands, dealing with customers and building relationships.
What We Need
- While prior event experience is a plus, we prioritize your attitude, hunger for knowledge, and commitment to creating exceptional experiences.
- You should be good at managing tasks and deadlines.
- Negotiation skills are a plus.
- Thriving under pressure- excelling in dynamic environments, consistently exceeding expectations.
- Upselling/ Negotiation skills- enhancing guest experiences with seamless additions.
- Customer service skills- ensuring every interaction leaves a lasting positive impression on our customers
- Excellent communication skills, as this is a front-facing position.
- Previous experience in sales is a significant advantage!
