We are rapidly expanding and need to hire Team Leaders and new entry level team members. Elite Leads is a lead generation company providing new customers to our clients. Our networking, canvassing, telemarketing, social media and special event teams work together to provide growth to our clients.

Your responsibility will be making appointments with previous customers and their neighbors . You will not be selling. ONLY SETTING THE APPOINTMENT! Our product specialist will do the selling.

Position Details: This is a 6 month position with both full and part-time available. This role will be responsible for setting and confirming appointment times with interested customers for their Home Improvement projects while representing the company. All positions will be as a 1099 independent contractor.
Team members: We often work around our current active customers speaking with neighbors, interested in a free estimate. You will be conducting phone calls between the customer (in front of the home) and the scheduling department to confirm the requested appointment time. You create your own work, time off and vacation schedule. Work near your home. Compensations: hourly pay( not a draw) plus commission.
Team Leaders: Currently look for team leaders. Must have experience managing field representatives. You will be responsible for supervising, training, and monitoring your teams. Team leaders will receive generous compensation as well as overrides from actively managed team members. Compensations: hourly pay( not a draw) plus commission, team member overrides and bonuses.. This role will be responsible for setting and confirming appointment times with interested customers for their Home Improvement projects while representing the company.
Responsibilities include:
- Speaking with homeowners in-person OUTDOORS daily to promote our products and services on an outside canvassing basis
- Delivering simply prepared information talks with the customer that describe services and provide important information to the customer
- Setting and confirming appointment times by calling or texting directly to our corporate office.
- Generating sales leads and building a pipeline of future customers by creating a memorable, personal connection
- Always maintain a professional demeanor and appearance when representing the company.
- Adhere to all health and safety protocols and procedures. We encourage social distancing and all the CDC guidelines.
Position Benefits:
- Flexible hours and work locations in Florida.
- Remote-Work close to your home. No office appearance required.
- Bi-weekly hourly pay (not a draw) plus commission. Income ranges $30.00- $45.00/hr, including commission.
