We are a heavy landscape construction and light civil company located in Denver Metro areas and Fort Collins, CO. We are looking to hire a landscape construction project manager.
Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee and coordinate landscaping projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in landscape construction project management. The Project Manager plays a crucial role in the profitable and timely completion of jobs. Project Managers create job timelines, track costs, and generally manage the office side of projects. They build and maintain relationships with clients, sub-contractors, vendors, etc. The Project Manager is the first person who clients turn to when something goes wrong. As a result, Project Managers are expected to know the contract (plans, specs, etc.) inside and out anticipate any potential hiccups before they happen. The Project Manager will spend most of their time in the office with occasional visits to the field. They will be sending and receiving dozens of emails each day and spend a lot of time in meetings or on the phone.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and supervise landscaping projects from start to finish
- Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and expectations
- Manage project timelines and budgets effectively
- Work closely with owners/clients, architects, subcontractors, superintendents, and vendors.
- Ensure quality control and adherence to safety regulations
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reports
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in landscape project management
- Strong knowledge the project management process
- Excellent leadership and supervisory skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

Pay: $90,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
